Marketing Support Services since 1955
We have a long history and legacy of amazing customer service, marketing support services, innovation and responsiveness. After all, if you’re working with us, you are entrusting our family-owned company with yours — your ideas, your programs, your reputation. We are an extension of your communications, and a representation of your brand and your message. Since 1955, Multi-Craft has provided what our clients value most: expert work designed to help share your story.
Our team takes great pride in our service commitment to each and every client, each and every project — each and every time.
Though our name is rarely on the work we provide or produce, our name is behind everything we do.

Our Rich History
Multi-Craft was founded by William Gibbs in 1955, when we began serving the Greater Cincinnati business community and providing creative, print and web solutions. Through hard work, innovation and tireless customer service and support, we have become a leader in the graphic communications industry in our community of Greater Cincinnati and across the United States. We provide one of the widest spectrums of marketing support services of any organization in our industry, and proudly we remain a privately held, family-owned and operated company that puts our clients first – always.
